Pay and receive confirmation
Pay securely online via Mollie, by credit card or iDEAL, and receive your confirmation by e-mail.
Attending without presenting?
To attend the workshop you do not need to submit an abstract; an abstract is only required if you want to present your work or give a training session.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be sent in writing. An administration fee of € 50 is always charged. [After date X, no refund is possible.]
Travelling from outside Europe?
The Netherlands is part of the Schengen area. Depending on your nationality, you may need a short-stay Schengen visa to attend OFW22. Check whether you need one on Netherlands Worldwide.
You can apply up to six months before your trip. Do not wait: appointments at embassies and visa centres can be fully booked.
The average decision time. It can take up to 45 days during busy periods or when extra documents are needed.
